Speccy Tour 2002 rules

* Before recording Enable 'Compo Mode'.
* AIR files must be recorded with the newest version of Real Spectrum
released on September, 2002 (version 0.96.16). Recordings made with
  older versions are disqualified.
* Use the Z80 files that you downloaded at ST02 site. Otherwise I won't be
able to playback (and confirm) your recording.
* You can submit ONE score PER WEEK for an game from Tour (except in
final 2 weeks of Tour, see next rule) i.e. send your best scores each
Sunday (before 23:59 GMT), or before as close as you can. Recordings
must be from the same week you submit them. This means, If you make a
new best score on "Cobra" on Wednesday in week 44, you must
submit that recording on Sunday in week 44, or e.g. Thursday if you
  can't sent them on Sunday.
* In the final 2 weeks of the Tour we have 'special regime', as we need
to avoid 'score hoarding'. During that time, when recording starts,
players have to type 'public key' for that week as 's-code' and send
zipped AIR file (e.g. manic.zip) within 48 hours.
* Only the first recording counts. Don't sent me a recording saying
that your new record is game number 4. After one game, reset and
  start a new recording.
* Only sent me recordings of records that beat your previous submitted
  record !!
* Always keep a backup of your old records in case a recording of your
new 'hi' gets disqualified for Speed Violation or something else,
which could be if I discover that you used an unfair method to leech
points. I'll also keep a backup of your old recordings, but you never
  know what can happen :-)
* The Speccy Tour editor can make the final decision if a point
leeching method should be banned or if it should go out into a vote
between the Tour players. Players are encouraged to make public any
problems they may have found in games.
* To qualify for the final leaderboard you must submit a score for ALL
  10 games.
* NO use of autofire is allowed. Using autofire in any way, results in
that the recording is being disqualified.
* Some of the games might have to be played, using a specific
difficulty level (easy, fair,...). You can read more about this in
the games.txt file. Games played on a difficulty higher or lower than
the one set for the Tour will be disqualified.
