Thanks to Leroy Van Camp III, I've been able to obtain a copy of MMR
for the Mac and put it up on my server.  Here's a direct link:

If you want to make an MMR cd for the Mac, I suspect that you could
download the cue/bin files that I host, and compile a new CD using
the mac-lr-mmr.sit file as the data track then copy tracks 2-39 into
your new CD and burn in.  I have no way of experimenting, it's just a
thought.
